Production Process

A strong team planning much ahead: material planning / sampling / line planning / shipment plan. We work on lead time of 90 days, depending on quantity style, washing complexity, closely following and tracking with Buyers and Suppliers on their requirements/ services / approvals. Main Product Range (Men’s / Ladies / Children) Trucker / Jeans / Casual Jackets / Other woven bottom Treatments: All types of washes including dry and wet treatments, garment dye, placement print, embellishments and embroideries, with total production capacity over 400.000 pcs per month.

DRY Process

Our dry process technique supported by new technology machinery to make a better look, more fashionable and also add value to the product.

The laser marking technology that Flexi Lab offers is the perfect tool to develop endless samples or for small production, up to 1,000 garments per day.

Wet Process

Laundry Capabilities: Simple wash to complicated wash for denim / non denim, iced wash, garment dyed, wash effect by Laser, manual handsanding, pp spray, 3D crinkle, 3D whisker, tie up, destruction, hole process, etc A full set of Modern machineries & equipment of wide ranges in brands and models for specific types of washes and treatments are installed in a very professional way maintaining uncompromised qualities and incredible lot to lot consistency with a production capacity of 16,000 pcs garments within a day.
